• Make the interview with the selected person on her or his experiences, views and understanding of inclusive education.
  
• Use the in-depth questions that you and your group have prepared. Feel free to improvise if needed.
• Document the interview together with your own reflections and comments after you have done your interview.
• Make a concrete plan for changes regarding inclusive education based on the results of the interview(s).
• Save it in the folder for the next step "To Reflect".
