Preparations: 

• Read the chapter about Power in “Leadership in Organisations” by Gary Yukl (Pearson Education). There are different editions among the participants of the international training programme but there is a chapter about Power in all editions, (could be chapter 5, 6 or 7).
• Contact your country network to get access to this book. 

Afterwards:

• Reflect and sum up: 
  - What did you learn? 
  - Describe your understanding of the concept Power? 
  - What is useful for you in your educational or professional context regarding implementation of CRC. 
• Save your reflections in a folder as they might come in handy when you will discuss with your colleuges.
